Brand Overview:
Adam Lippes is a luxury womenswear brand specializing in American sportswear, with a modern take on luxurious fabrics and impeccable fit. We are looking for a motivated Merchandising Intern who is interested in luxury, merchandising, Direct-to-Consumer business, and marketing. This individual will provide support to the E-Commerce Manager and Director of DTC and will be responsible for daily tasks including sample tracking, preparing for E-Commerce photoshoots, creating product catalogs, updating styling selling, competitive shopping, and providing general support across merchandising, and marketing. The candidate is required to receive college credit.
General Job Responsibilities:
Sample tracking: Interns will be responsible for sample tracking, which is the logging in and out of samples to and from shoots/companies/persons as well as the organizing of messengers/FedEx/DHL shipments for these sample loans for ecommerce photoshoots and editorial shoots
Preparing for Ecommerce Shoots: Interns will be responsible for preparing for and attending Ecommerce photoshoots.
Preparation: organizing and packing samples
At Photoshoot: unpacking samples, helping to dress models, steaming samples
Creating Product Catalogs: Interns will be responsible for creating product catalogs in Powerpoint, utilizing photoshoot images and product information, for various end uses including product knowledge for the store, on-figure images for clients.
Business Analysis: Interns will aid with style selling analysis, creating and organizing Excel reports, and selling recaps. Interns will shop the market competitively to advise pricing and product decisions.

Knowledge of Microsoft and Google suites
Location: New York, NY (applications for remote internships will not be considered)
