A new shape from the Adam Lippes atelier, the Sigrid Dress is made of Italian chiffon in a flowing silhouette. Hand pleats descend from drop waist seam. Detachable tie at the neckline with fabric covered buttons at back neck and sleeve cuff opening.  Lined in silk. Available exclusively at adamlippes.com and at our New York City flagship boutique.
