Shipping & Returns

 

POLICIES

Merchandise can be returned for a full refund with 7 days of the delivery.

Merchandise can be returned for a full store credit or exchanged within 15 days of delivery.

Sale merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

We do not accept returns on sample sale merchandise. All sales are final.

We do not honor price adjustments. 

We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached.

Upon receipt of returned goods, Adam Lippes reserves the right to deny return if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. Adam Lippes will provide a pre-paid UPS shipping label to expedite the return for orders shipped within the US. To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact customerservice@adamlippes.com

ADAM LIPPES ITEMS PURCHASED AT OTHER LOCATIONS

Items purchased at department stores or at any other store selling Adam Lippes merchandise cannot be returned to adamlippes.com.
