Jacket In Siwa Tapestry Jacquard

Deep in the Sahara Desert, bounded by the Great Sand Sea and the Qattara Depression, sits an urban oasis of salt pools and fertile land. The deep aquamarine blues of the Siwa Lake and lush desert foliage of the Siwa Oasis inspired the fabrics of this collection.

 

An open jacket crafted in this season's Italian Tussar silk jacquard and designed with the Siwa Oasis in mind. Hints of metallic lurex woven into the jacquard give it a slight shine. This jacket is lined in crepe de chine with a hand-embroidered AFL logo on a hidden inner pocket. As seen on the Spring 2023 runway.
