This blouse is a true wrap top that ties at the left shoulder with a zipper closure at the center back for ease. Crafted in 100% silk crepe and piped in silk charmeuse, the underside of the sleeves is fabricated in chiffon for an airy feel. Available exclusively at adamlippes.com.
